One of the advantages of education grants is that they are not restricted to individuals. Nor is it restricted to organised intuitions. Instead, they are available for both. Therefore if you have a well-planned project in the area of education, but you are in need of some funding, put your plan together and approach the granting agency; an agency that you have researched and you are eligible to apply to.
Study Abroad
Did you know that you could apply for a grant that will take you to another country to continue your education? Well, it is possible. The government as well as private agencies have grants for such a purpose.
Do not forget though that it is not a matter of getting money to travel and study abroad. You have to "prove" to the granting agency that the course(s) is/are not possible for you to pursue in your own country. That is not all though, you will also have to prove that you or your parents cannot cover the cost yourself (themselves).
Submission Date
Many if not all grants agencies have a deadline for when your application, which includes your proposal, must be submitted by. Checking for that date before doing anything else would be best. Your proposal may be perfect, but if it does not reach the office on time, well, you may have to resubmit it at a later date.
